Viewings are arranged with potential tenants, and those interested are asked to complete a Tenant Interest and Check questionnaire.
Once the questionnaire is completed a comprehensive tenant check is carried out using the National Landlords Tenant Check Service.
If the check proves satisactory the tenant is offered a 6 month AST.
